Rice and Salmon • Ready in 25 minutes
You need:
• 1 salmon fillet
• 1 cup white rice
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 lemon
How to make it:
1. Cook rice per package directions
2. Mix soy sauce, garlic and lemon juice together
3. Brush mixture over salmon fillets
4. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat
5. Cook salmon 4 minutes each side
Serve over rice with lemon on the side
