Meatless Cauliflower Chickpea Wrap• Ready in 20 minutes
You need:
• Cauliflower
• Chickpea
• Avocado
• Onion
• Orange bell Pepper
• Butter
• Garlic
• Salt and pepper
• Smoked Paprika
• Lemon juice
How to make it:
1. Cut the cauliflower from the stem, break it into florets, and place them in a bowl.
2. Rinse the cauliflower and pat it dry with a paper towel.
3. Cut the bell pepper, avocado, and onion. Add them to a blender with lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then blend until smooth.
4. Pour the blended sauce over the cauliflower and mix well with a spoon.
5. Spread the coated cauliflower in a baking pan and bake at 385°F for 15 minutes.
6. Mash the chickpeas and spread them onto the burrito. Add the baked cauliflower, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and chili sauce, then wrap it.
7.Butter a pan and place the wrap in it. Flip once the side is golden brown.
8.Serve.
