Garlic Chicken Rice Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 1 pack microwaveable rice (ready in 90 seconds)

  • 1 cup broccoli (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium optional)

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken
    Season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked.

  2. Add garlic and flavor
    Add minced garlic during the last 1–2 minutes. Pour in soy sauce and coat the chicken.

  3. Heat the rice
    Microwave rice according to package instructions (about 90 seconds).

  4. Cook the broccoli
    Microwave or sauté for 3–5 minutes until tender.

  5. Assemble and serve
    Slice chicken and place over rice. Add broccoli on the side.
